Turnaround time begins once your file is uploaded and approved. If there is an issue with a file (for example, it is not in the right scale) Turnaround will begin once the NEW file is uploaded. All the times are based on normal business days, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Please note this does not include shipping time.
When will my order ship? Turnaround for FedEx Orders
If an order is uploaded on a business day BEFORE 2pm PST, then it will be shipped on the NEXT business day. (If there is a problem with the file, it won’t be shipped the next day.)
For Orders that take multiple days (For example 3 days), it will be ship on the 3rd day the NEXT day counting as day 1.
For example if an order comes in on a Monday at 10am, with a 3 day turn-around it will ship on Thursday.
If the order came in at 3pm on a Monday, it will ship out on Friday.
